A name is a lookup, not the address itself
The ENS specification describes human-readable names that resolve to resources, with mappings that may change over time. A name saved from an earlier conversation is therefore not proof that today’s destination is the same address.
Check the intended resource and network
Confirm what the name currently resolves to in the wallet or trusted tool you are using, and verify the intended network and recipient through an established channel. Do not silently substitute a familiar-looking name for a supplied address. This guide does not claim that coinscammercheck accepts ENS names in its address field.
Keep the scanner’s result in scope
coinscammercheck is an address-based beta with payment setup still described as pending. A previous address result does not cover a newly resolved destination, and no detected risk is not a safety guarantee.
